Description:	West pediment, Temple of Zeus, Olympia. Olympia Museum. H. 0.38m. Head of male Lapith being bitten by an attacking Centaur. His hair is curly and close-cropped, eyes staring wide with surprise, flaring nostrils and a wide mouth that is formed into a cross between a grimace and an archaic grin, making the face look a little moronic.
